These chocolate chip cookies are made without flour. They are chewy and have a nutty and rich flavor,

STEP 1: Using a food processor, grind up the oats until they are a fine powder. Add the corn starch, baking soda, and sea salt to a food processor and combine.

STEP 2: Beat the unsalted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar on high for about 1 minute.

STEP 3: 1. Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat on medium for approximately 30 seconds until mixed well.

STEP 4: Add half of the oat mixture and fold in using a spatula. Once the first half is mixed in, add the second half and continue to fold in the oats until fully combined.

STEP 5: Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly dispersed throughout the dough.

STEP 6: Drop 2 tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the lined cookie sheet.

STEP 7: Bake for 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
