These cake mix cookie bars are soft, chewy, and a great easy recipe to add to your baking rotation!

STEP 1:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 brownie pan with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, set aside.

In a large bowl, add the room temperature butter, sugar, and brown sugar. With an electric mixer, beat the mixture for 1-2 minutes on high speed.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer on low-medium speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Continue beating on low while adding about ½ cup of the cake mix at a time.

When all of the cake mix has been added and fully mixed in, spread it across the pan using a spatula.
